Jasper was a stray that came and wants to stay, He was found on Bratton Rd in Lonoke, off of Sandhill. He is very friendly and sweet, just wants to play with you. I paid for vaccinations and 6 month heart worm preventative. I have chickens and was not looking to keep him, chickens are in pen, he just looks at them. Seems to have a great personality. The fee is so I know someone is willing to pay for him, and take good care of him. I spent $145 at the vet.
