I am a gorgeous, well built and proportionally balanced American Staffordshire Terrier. My shoulders are broad and my muscles strong. I will pay total attention to you as my owner, and I am very protective of my owner against strangers. This is why I need to be adopted by an experienced dog owner who can control me. Once I am properly introduced, I love people. I am about 65 lb of pure muscle and love. I love licking you, so you must put up with it unless you train me not to do so. I am young, full of energy and enthusiasm, and very loving. I do well on the leash, but I love running around the backyard. I want to please my master very much so I am willing to learn new tricks. I promise I will be a good student! I love people, but I am dog selective so I need a fur-parent who can train me to behave well around other dogs and socialize me. I am in absolute love with humans once I get to know them within minutes. But I am protective when a stranger approaches my master. I am Ok with female dogs, but not so good with males. I have not been tested with small children, but because of my energy I probably should not be around very small children. I need to go to a home without other male dogs or cats. Will you give me love and care? Will you be my fur-ever family? In return, I will give you my unconditional love. I am really a devoted boy, I deserve to be loved and I want to love you in return.
