About Piper

Piper is two years old. We are trying to rehome her because of conflict with our other dog. She will need someone with enough time and patience to work with her. She is a very sweet girl, but leery of strangers. She would be best suited for a home without small children or other pets. I wouldn't recommend apartment living for her. Her bark is very high pitched and she can be quite vocal at times. In our experience, Piper can only tolerate one brand of dog food (Purina Pro Plan). Piper is very smart and full of energy! She needs a lot of play time outdoors to counteract this. She knows a few basic commands and is always eager to learn. She loves nothing more than to spend every minute with her person. She is a bit more 'needy' than the average dog. She truly wants to be where ever you are at *all* times. She will be a great companion for the right person and we hope to find that for her!
