About Vivian

Adoption Fee: $295
Lab / German Shepherd
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Meet Vivian! Lab/Shepherd mix Approx. 2 yrs old Lab/Shepherd Mix 65 lbs. Vivian is a sweet girl who traveled here from TN. Here is what her foster mom has to say about her: Vivian is my first foster baby and I couldn't have had a better experience! She would have been my foster failure but I am not home enough and she deserves to be with someone who is able to spend more time with her and have a nice fenced in yard to run in and get plenty of exercise. Vivian is a 2 year old German Shepard/Black Lab mix and weighs about 65 lbs. She is spayed and is completely housetrained, takes correction very well, knows commands of sit and lay down and loves to play catch with a tennis ball. She loves car rides and sits in the car like a little lady. She gets along well with other dogs as well as my 2 cats. She does very well in her crate during the day and also at bedtime. She sleeps through the night without a sound (except some snoring). She is somewhat protective of the house and will bark if she hears strangers. She loves to sit next to me, or on me and watch tv. (a very loving girl!) We are working on and she does need some training on staying close and not pulling when going for a walk but she is smart and will learn quickly. Vivian is a very healthy girl and has a beautiful, shiny coat. Whoever adopts her will be very lucky and they will fall in love with her quickly as I have and I'm sure she will love them back 110%. Our standard adoption fee is $295 cash or check and $300 credit card ($5 processing fee). It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping. We must have an application, conduct a phone interview, and meet your entire family to approve an adoption. Please email [email protected] for an application or additional details. Please note that the breeds and sizes posted in this biography are educated best guesses and are not guaranteed. Please consider becoming a foster home while you search for your new best friend. We need foster homes - pounds are overflowing with puppies and adult dogs that are at-risk and need help. We can only rescue as many as we have foster home commitments. Fostering is a rewarding experience for your family.
