He is a BIG boy weighing in at about 75lbs but should be closer to 90lbs once he puts a little meat on his bones. Duncan absolutely loves to be around his people whether that be snuggling close to you on the couch, sitting on a dog bed by your feet, moving from room to room with you, or riding in the car. His actions seem to show that his past has been a rough one and he is very unfamiliar with this big world we live in but he has improved so much. Initial introductions to other dogs can be a bit messy but once he learns they mean no harm there are no more issues. Duncan will need an experienced big dog owner who is willing to provide structure, daily exercise, a quiet home, and appropriate socialization to move through his quirks. Duncan is house broken, kennel trained, and has gone through an obedience course. His commands consist of sit, down, stay, shake, and we are working on 'heel'. He doesn't mind having his nails trimmed and dremelled and he is not food or toy aggressive. Duncan would do best in a quiet, kid-free home without cats.
