We found Max dumped in the woods in May. We got him cleaned up, neutered, fully vacinated and microchipped. Unfortunately we are not able to get him to stop nipping. We believe he is Shepherd mixed with border collie or lab. He wants to herd the kids and nips at sleeves to get your attention. He is very loving and smart and would do well with the right family. At first he was very anxious but seems to have gotten past that. He is not a fan of loud noises like the vacuum and he will retreat to his crate to escape the noise. He sleeps in the crate at night and is free roam of the house during the day but he loves to be outside on walls or just chilling in the grass.vet estimates him to be just about a year old. He has nearly doubled in size since May. Is currently about 65lbs.
