About Thaddeus

Meet Thaddeus! After his owner passed away, this big guy sadly found himself in the shelter. He is now safe with us and we would like to help him find that perfect home where he will be loved and pampered as he so richly deserves. This sweet boy is 12 years young and has lots of love to offer. Thaddeus is no longer interested in chasing other dogs, squirrels or birds. He would rather stop and smell the roses along his daily saunter through the neighborhood before heading home for a well-earned nap. He does get quite excited when he sees his leash and is always up for a walk or ride in the car! This sweet guy is easy going and a dog of simple needs. One of those needs is being with his people and being an only animal. Thaddeus prefers to be with his people instead of alone. He is fine as long as he has a chew toy to entertain himself with but then whines while waiting for his loved ones to return. Therefore, it is important that he finds a home with folks that are around most of the time. Thaddeus enjoys napping on the couch and sleeping in the bed with his foster Mom. He also enjoys his dog beds and blankets. He uses the dog door but prefers the sliding glass door. He is up to date with his shots and is housebroken. Don't let his age fool you, Thaddeus has plenty of life and love to share with you!
