About Pixy

Pixy is a 6 year old, deaf pit mix. She had a rough start in life, so she would do best in a home with a confident, experienced dog owner and where she can be the only pet. I have been working with a great trainer to teach Pixy hand signals and she is really picking up on it well - she is super smart and loves to learn. Pixy is a wonderful dog who is very loving, very snuggly and who would be a great companion for someone. My issue is that I have been traveling a lot for work and she has been spending way to much time in boarding. I want to find her a good home where her life will be better than what I am able to give her because of my business travel - I am going to be choosy about where she ends up and I would be happy to help with dog sitting when I find her a new home, so please only inquire if you are serious about giving this wonderful dog the kind of life she deserves.
