About Ernie

Hello! Ernie is a sweet 9 year old pup whom I have had since 8 weeks old. He is very smart and lovable; however, he is wound tightly and is aware and alert always. We have just had a baby and due to Ernie's aggressive behaviors (due to dominance/territorial/anxiety issues), we do not feel comfortable keeping him. He does get along with our other dog (a female Australian shepherd), but does chase and fight with our cats. He does bark a lot (every noise/person/animal) but is very loving. He does have skin allergies to FL grasses and weeds and to various cleaning products. He does currently take an allergy shot every 6 weeks. I know he seems like a lot of work--and I guess he is--but he is a sweet baby. Please help us find him a good home with someone who can care for him.
