About Teddy

My name is Teddy and I love all of those things, too! I'm gonna be a bigger boy - I'm about 9 months old, am neutered, and have similarities to a lab/dane mix. I'm intelligent and I really like to learn. I already know how to sit, come, lay down, shake, and I even love walking on the treadmill! I enjoy sleeping in my crate at night - it's comforting to me! I sometimes come on strong and I'm still being taught how to handle myself when it comes to dog interactions. I have had some challenges with other dogs before. Some I do well with and some I don't. I used to live with kitty cats but sometimes I like to chase them so I would do best in a home without them. My friends here at the shelter say they are looking for an adopter who is experienced with socializing and training dogs. I may ultimately do best as the only animal in my forever home. Any children in the home should be about 13 and older. I love to chase tennis balls and play tug-of-war. Car rides are a blast. I know I will make the right companion for someone. I hope it is you.
