About Katie

Hi my name is Katie and I'm a red and white double merle aussie. I love and am really bonded to my brother Blade. He is always there for me when I'm scared and need someone to lean on. I am still a little shy because life hasn't been to kind to me. I can't hear people coming so sometimes people startle me. If this happens I try hard to be good but sometimes I can nip at the air. I'm not trying to be mean it's just my way of asking you to back up and give me a little more time. In my last home people pulled on me a lot since I couldn't hear them they were very rough with me and I still worry they might be again. My foster mom is always nice but sometimes I still get scared. If humans let me come to them they would find I'm actually kind of sweet. I would love a home with my brother Blade. I don't think I could bear to be away from him. I need a home with someone who is willing to give me time and let me blossom on my own with no rushing.
