About Blitz

Blitz comes to us from a high kill shelter in AL. He's listed there as a Pointer mix who is 3-4 months old and weighs about 22 lbs. Without DNA testing, breeds are only a guess but considering the blue eyes & appearance of Blitz and Dozer (sibling) we see Pointer, Dalmatian, Australian Shepherd, Hound, Weimaraner, and maybe Husky or Border Collie in the genetic family tree. Blitz gets along great with other dogs and is currently enjoying doggie daycare at Sleepdog Kennel in Colchester. He has not been introduced to cats, but is at a great age to learn about them. He is working on his house breaking and crate training skills. - Great with other dogs - Enjoys time with people - Playful - Housebroken - Crate trained - Eager to please - Food motivated - Has not been neutered yet * *Based on current veterinary recommendations, these pups have not been spayed or neutered due to their young age. We do require proof of this procedure at a later date as part of the terms of our Adoption Agreement. Please discuss the correct time for this to be done with your veterinarian. We can provide a $75 refund once the procedure is completed. Our adoption fee is $350 which includes age appropriate vaccines (such as Distemper, Bordetella, Parvo, Rabies), worming, microchipping, and health exam. Discount vouchers for training, grooming and similar dog related products and services are provided. NEW: First vet visit is now FREE with participating VT veterinarians.
