About Queenie

3 - 4 year old Queenie has come a long way since she was found almost dead from starvation and literally fighting for her life. Heavens only knows what Queenie has endured in her short life - but despite it all - she is now a loving, affectionate, and trusting dog - with people she knows and trusts. Because of Queenie's background, we feel she would be best placed in a quiet adult home - with a fenced yard - though Queenie does LOVE to go for walks on leash. She is spayed, vaccinated against distemper/parvo and rabies, heartworm negative, and crate trained. She is also probably housebroken - or very close to it. Queenie gets along with most dogs, but tends to be dominant and may not do well with other very dominant bitches. We want to see Queenie in a home where she will continue to blossom and receive the love and patience she needs and deserves.
