About Kota

Kota is one of the poor dogs taken from a hoarder home in the town of HOt Springs. He lived with 26 dogs in a small house and yard with an 8 foot fence. They lived in certain areas of the house depending on who they got along with. He was in the side yard with about 8 puppies who were his 'grandkids' they say and did great with the 5 month old puppies. They were eventually left behind when the owner moved away due to health related circumstances. Most all of the dogs are frightened and shy, but Kota or 'grandpa' is not shy at all. He was said to be great with all the grandkids of human nature and puppy nature. He is doing well at the shelter and has taken to the leash walks daily very well. He is getting over his digestive problems and liking it here a lot. He has great potential for being a loving family dog.. All medical work will be done before he goes home.
