About snow leopard gecko

Sex: Female
My 2 year old gecko has not been eating and I'm very worried about her. She hasn't eaten in a month, recently shed, and has developed a growth above her right eye. I'm sure she needs anti-biotics or a vet visit but I just can afford at this time. Any help would be appreciated and I'd love to keep her
