Update: Phoebe Roni is an extremely sweet girl. She is very well behaved and is kennel trained. She gets along with other dogs, and walks great on a leash. She is potty trained, and a perfect size dog weighing around 35 pounds. You have to see her in person to realize how beautiful this baby is. She appears to be a border collie/cattle dog mix.
