About Rex

Rex is a 6yr old Cairn Terrier mix looking for his new forever home. He is full grown and weighs in at 16lbs. His owners were older and unfortunately unable to care for him properly anymore. Rex is a sweet, gentle, loving boy. He is shy with new people, especially men, but warms up quickly. He is great with other dogs big or small, and is used to living with other dogs, but is ok to be the only dog in the home. He is good with mature children, suggested over the age of 12 years old. We aren't sure how he is with cats, but we can cat test on request. Rex likes to play with other dogs, hang out with his people, or venture in the yard. He loves to go for walks and loves to go for car rides. He is housebroken, leash trained, and rides great in the car. He seems to be pretty laid back and low key and doesn't require a lot, but does love his people and wants to be with them. He would do best in an active home where his people are home quite a bit. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. His adoption comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. His adoption fee is $220.
