I've had Reesie since I was 10 years old. She is such a sweetheart, very slow-paced, and very affectionate. She doesn't play well with other animals, but she loves all people who are kind to her. She is a rescue pup, and honestly I'm not sure what breed she is. She is exceedingly stubby, with a long body and very short legs. Her coat is long, and she will need to be shaved, but we would be more than willing to take care of that before giving her to someone else. She's 7 years old, but I'd say she has at least 5, possibly up to 7 years left, as she's in great health. The reason for putting her up for adoption is that we have two other dogs, whom she does not get along with, as well as one cat, and soon to be another. We simply can't afford to have a dog that fights with our other animals when we have so many. We're more than willing to meet up with anyone to let them visit with her, and make sure she's what they want. Overall, I'd recommend Reesie to anyone looking for a dog who will lay in their lap, love them unconditionally, and require little to no time or physical effort in the way of playing.
