My wife and I have been caring for a (female?) squirrel since hurricane Irma. So she may be late adolescent age, I guess. Until now, my wife called it 'her baby'. I now have permission to seek a licensed Rescuer. It's getting harder to catch Irma (squirrel's name) to put her back into her cage (which she has outgrown). I have been bit twice. Irma has gotten exercise by running around our kitchen for 1 to 2 hours at a time. This picture shows her after 1.5 hrs. She does respond to a deep, loud 'NO!' command. IMO, she needs are huge cage and other squirrels. Or to be reconditioned for wildlife.
