Hi! I'm Roscoe! I'm the 'Target' dog!!! I have waited far too long for a home! I seem to get overlooked! I am a friendly guy who loves people, but I would do well in a home all to myself. I was adopted out, but brought back because I didn't get along with the other dogs that were already there. I love to go on walks. I am high energy at the shelter, but I would be much calmer in a home! I love belly rubs!!! I weigh 80 lbs and I'm 2-3 y/o. Please come rescue me! Volunteer favorite!
