About Kayne

Adoption Fee Reduced to $200 ! Kayne is a sweet boy who is very shy and timid and initially took some time and patience for him to trust he was safe, but now he comes up and seeks affection like the other pups. He and his brothers were pulled from a high kill shelter and I know nothing about their background or story. What I do know is this boy is not aggressive in any way, shape or form. I hope there is a family out there who will want to open their hearts and home to this boy who will have the love and patience to let him take his time to get comfortable in a new home with new people. Kayne is about 4 months old, 18 lbs and will likely be a big boy when fully grown. We have no idea what his background/breed is but would guess lab and maybe some heeler based on coloring. He is up to date on his shots, neutered, wormed and micro chipped. Kayne would do best in a home with a large fenced yard (he loves being outside and playing with his foster mates) and another young dog to play with and help him settle in quicker with a new family. I think he would be fine with kids (8 years or older who understand that he will need his space while he settles and does not get in his face or chase him around). We are working on potty training, but it is still a work in progress which will need to be continued in his new home while providing him with lots of love and support. Please considering adding a new forever member to your family so he can be home for the holidays! Kayne is currently located in Cookeville, Tennessee and the adoption fee is $250.
