About Cleo

Cleo is a 3 year old Presa Canario. Her and her daughter were impounded at a local kill shelter where certain breeds are not eligible to be adopted to the public. Cleo was a breeder dog and he previous owner declined to claim his dogs back which was absolutely the best for both of the girls. Cleo is now with us and is leaning some social and obedience skills. She is verbal and full of energy but an absolute sweetheart. She loves all people and children but due to her size, energy and strength we are looking for a dog experienced person with no small children. we expect from our adopters to have enough knowledge to be able to handle such a strong dog of this size. She would probably also benefit from obedience training with a professional trainer. Other than that she is an absolute Angel, very food motivated, and extremely smart. she currently weighs 115 lb but could easily stand to have another 10 pounds on her body. IMPORTANT: Cleo is located in GA. We do NOT have a shelter in MA. We are a rescue organization located with our dogs in Georgia. We do NOT have a shelter in MA but have weekly transport available for our pups to relocate up north with their new forever families. Since a meet and greet is not possible prior to adoption, our adopters make their decision to adopt based on pictures, videos and talking to the foster parent. DO NOT FILL OUT AN APPLICATION ONLINE.
