11-22-17 - MONKEY - Monkey came with his mom, dad and sister. His mom is a Shihtzu and dad is a Chihuahua. Monkey is 2 years old and his sister Jellybean is 1 year old. The came from consecutive litters. The owner moved and left the dogs behind. It's no telling how long the were left there alone. Dad was skin and bones and mom has no hair due to the fact they were covered in fleas. The pups have minimal hair loss and got a good check up from our vet. They are loving pups and just want to snuggle up tight. They are relearning house training and they don't mind the secure comfort of a kennel. Parents photos upon request. He is neutered, micro chipped and current on his vaccinations. NOTE: All applications are processed in the order received, but an adoption is made to the best application received for each of our animals. All applicants must provide a veterinary reference on the adoption application. Home visits often occur prior to each adoption. Understand that the adoption fee is not for the purchase of a dog, but rather to cover the medical cost of all dogs in our care.
