Serenity is a great dog that I have had since adopting her when she was only 3 months old. She is very-very smart and stubborn as well. She knows over a dozen commands, is house broken, very protective of her yard and her home. She is an excellent hunting dog in her backyard and has protected us from 2 venomous snakes (copperheads) as well as numerous wild animals that have ventured into our backyard. She loves to go on walks, absolutely loves to go on rides in the car, if allowed, she would sleep in the bed with you every night. She thinks she is a lap dog that deserves to be in the house 24/7. Serenity needs to go to a great loving home that will provide her the yard and the love she needs. Up until one month ago, she was great with other dogs. But, she has recently attacked our 7 yr old Chihuahua twice for no apparent reason. These two grew up together and we do not understand what happened. Benny is the only male dog in a house of 3 female dogs. Even our vet does not know the reason why this has happened. We agree with the vet that these two do not need to be in the same home anymore. Therefore with a saddened heart, we feel it is in her, Serenity's best interest that she go to a loving home that does not have any cats (feral cat got her when she was a puppy) or small dogs.
