About Skeeter

Skeeter is the perfect hound dog! He is a clown on stilts that likes to run and play as well as crash on the couch for long naps! He is a young guy who was adopted from another shelter 2 years ago as a puppy and left on a tie out by his family. He kept getting free and ending up at the local animal control so his family decided to give him away to a local vet. That vet just happens to be the veterinary hospital we use, so they called and asked us to take him in. Skeeter has just arrived at his foster home and is still settling, but he is such a fun-loving pup! he loves to play with toys and shows no signs of aggression at all! Although he was fine with cats while living at the vet hospital, the hound instinct to chase is a strong one so we would prefer a cat-free home for this handsome boy!
