About Sparkle

Talkative, smart, pretty and... she hugs your leg like a dog! Simply adorable! She will probably always be a little hand shy, but in the months she's been with her foster mom, she's proven to be an incredibly affectionate girl. She'll need time to trust another person in her life, but oh the reward! - watching her stand on her head every morning because she's so happy to see you - that adorable hug and best of all, those quirky little chirps. We've got video to prove it. That smile wasn't always on Sparkle's face. She's overcome quite a bit in the last several months in foster rehab. Now she just needs a new home - a better home than the one who declawed her, teased her, passed her around and then dumped her, leaving her on the euthanasia list for biting them. She's a bit of a diva (deservingly so) and doesn't fancy sharing the limelight with other kitties, although we swear we heard her say a kitten might not be so bad. She also said she'd prefer someone who was very familiar with all things cat - especially those who might require a little more patience.
