Deven is a sweet loving kitty who was found outside a ladies house with a bad flea infestation. He was so itchy he scratched himself raw in places. He is all better now and looking for a loving home. Deven is not very fond of the litter box so an indoor/outdoor home would be best for him until the problem is resolved.
