About winter and dj

winter is a 17 yr gelding standard bread 16 plus hands big baby who was rescued from a slaughter house 4 years ago and dj is his 28 yr quarter horse companion who is blind from birth in left eye and taken in after retirement from barrel races 5 yrs ago. need home safe for them. I have heart surgeries coming up and my ability to maintain them as I have may diminish. they need a safe home and you may call me any time 304-986-1885. we are off rt 250 between Mannington and hundred west Virginia. Dj and winter are wonderful horses and dj is preferably a childs horse she responds mostly to children and females but both are up for food from anyone.....good nature love to be groomed and cared for with an occasional ride around the property
