About Russell

Russell is a 7 year old male Chihuahua. When his family couldn't take him to the shelter during hurrican Irma, they were forced to surrender him to animal services. He was petrified when we first rescued him, and he is slowly warming up to us. He is still a little timid, but once he knows he's safe, he will snuggle up to you for a belly rub! Russell is a friendly, lovable dog who will make a great addition to any family, maybe even youys? We are only able to adopt within the state of Florida.
