About Burt Reynolds

Burt is a giant cuddlebug and, despite his size, believes himself to be the perfect lap dog! He was an owner surrender when his previous family moved, and he just cannot understand why he wasn't important enough to keep. He is yearning for a new, loyal family of his very own and has lots and lots of love to give! Burt gets along well with other dogs with some supervision - he likes to play but will snap and growl whenever he wants space, so he will not do well with reactive dogs right away. Most of the time he just craves human interaction more than anything and will gladly accept it from adults and kids alike! Even at 67 pounds, he actually has mid-level energy and should do fine with some daily time in a backyard or walks. He really likes playing ball and would make a great fetch buddy, He's not even two years old yet, so he has plenty of years of devotion to go. Vaccinated, totally crate trained, and potty trained.
