About Pocket

Pocket is such a sweet little dog. She is 1.5 years old 35-40 lb full grown and was rescued from PACC. Unfortunately, her and our cat do not get along at all. She is great with dogs of all sizes and absolutely loves to play with them. She does really well at the dog park also. She is crate trained and potty trained. She can be fearful of new things but can warm up to everyone. If you squat down to her level and give her treats when you first meet her, she will love you forever. She has learned sit and stay before eating her food or before going outside. She is working on lie down commands now. She is also starting to learn her name, Pocket, and realize when you are calling her. She is working on drop with toys and knows that means she should stop playing with them. She will continue to need positive reinforcement training for her to be at her absolute best. All she wants in this world is somebody to love her and show her the world isn't such a scary place.
