About Samuel

We'll cover the basics below but this kid must be the poster child for those 'You could have a stuffed animal that looks just like your pet!!' commercials! He is so cute! Who wouldn't want to come home and snuggle up with this guy!? This is Samuel. He was saved from a local shelter prior to euthanasia. He's Terrier/Border Collie mix, higher energy as most border collie's can be due to their significant intelligence! He is also sweet as can be. He gets along with other dogs, doesn't appreciate being kenneled but hasn't had that much training with it, yet. He is doing well on potty training. He has ignored the cats in foster care. He's a very energetic happy boy. He knows sit, down and working on stay. He's a little timid at first but warms up quickly and wants to please. Samuel plays with toys but would prefer to have his belly rubbed. Homes with children would be a good fit to help Samuel dispel some energy!
