About Finley

Finley here and I'm one of those absolutely gorgeous long coat Dalmatians. I know I'm quite a handsome guy but I'm much more than just another pretty face! I am tons of fun and I love to play ball, go swimming, I also enjoy walking and running. The thing is, I need a human friend to share all of these activities with! Yes, I do like other dogs but I really, REALLY love doing things with my person. I can be around other dogs but I'm still a youngster and can get a little rambunctious. That said, I would do best as an only dog or in a home with one other calm, role model dog I can learn from. A Dalmatian, I do have high drives and really need an experienced owner or someone who is committed to training and working with me. I do love to work! Because I am so driven and full of energy, I cannot be placed in a home with small children or cats that have not been socialized to dogs. As if my good looks and stellar personality aren't enough, I also come with discounted training from The Canine Center for Training and Behavior in Austin, TX, where I live.
