About Yogi

Chihuahua / Dachshund
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Yogi was originally found as a stray quite some time ago, and no owners came forward for him. The finder is now not able to keep him and gave him to rescue. He is about 3-4 years old, and weighs about 6 or so pounds. He does great around other dogs, cats, and kids. He loves to snuggle in bed with you, especially if you let him under the covers! He is doggy door trained, house trained, and potty trained. He is left loose in his foster home, because he has wonderful house manners. He is very playful too. He would make a great addition, or a one and only. He will be shy at first, so his family must be kind, gentle and patient with him. He has really come around in his foster home, so we know he will come out of his shell once he feels safe. If you would be interested in giving Yogi a home, let us know!!! As part of your adoption package, each dog will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip (with lifetime registration), and be spayed/neutered. If the dog is not spayed or neutered at time of adoption, the adopter will be responsible to transport the dog, to and from dropoff/pickup point. Each dog will receive 6 mths of heartworm preventative medication. You will receive a free bag of premium dog food, and a gift card from Choice Pet Market. You are entitled to a free physical exam with one of our vets. Each of our dogs comes with 4 training classes that are mandatory to attend. These classes take place at Choice Pet Market in Chandler on a Tues or Wed evening from 6-7 pm, and will be scheduled after adoption.
