About Greer

Greer is located in a foster home in a Southern Arizona Foster home. Please call Carrie (fedwellfarm@yahoo.,com, 602-316-8919 no texts please) so she can coordinate a meet and greet. We usually do met and greets in Tucson on Saturdays. Greer is a 3 year old beautiful boy that came from Maricopa County Shelter. Somebody had found him, kept him 4 months ties on a chain and then brought him to the shelter. Poor Greer has been most likely hit by a car in his previous life. Nobody sought medical treatment so his hind leg has been damaged beyond repair, The first vet said he appeared comfortable, but we are waiting for a second opinion to see if it is time to amputate, the second opinion is not to amputate, he is comfortable and while he may have to have it amputated in the coming years, he may be fine the rest of his life, he just won't be able to run a marathon, but then again, most of won't either. Greer is 3 years old and a loyal, wonderful boy that loves his human and will stay by his family through thick and thin. He gets along with other dogs, although he will bark and when he first sees another dog, but he is living in rescue many dogs with absolutely no problems, if anything, he is the submissive one. Greer has nice house manners. He has been a joy in his foster home. Please give this fabulous boy a chance at a wonderful life, life has not been kind to Greer in his fist 3 years but he will have a great future 602-316-8919 (no texts please)
