About Molly

Molly came to our rescue in Feb 2017. We are a senior dog rescue and because of her coloring and the fact that she had cataracts the assumption was that she was an older dog. Well after her visit to the vet it was determined that she was only about 5 yrs old and she had Juvenile Cataracts. Because of her cage we chose to have the removed. In April of 2017 Molly went into surgery and had both eyes operated on and the cataracts removed. One eye was able to have a lens put in. She has been a trooper and actually LOVES getting her eye drops!! She started with 11 right after the surgery but is now only getting 3. Her eyes are doing great. We have put a lot of money and time into this girl. She isn't overly fond of men at least right off. Molly will ride in a car or walk on a leash ALL DAY!! Molly also loves her crate and is 100% housebroken. We leave the crate door unlocked and she puts herself in and out. It's her safe place. I am looking for the perfect home for Molly. I know we all are but she has been through enough and I have to get this right the first time. She is an extremely intelligent dog. I really don't know her breeding but I put Cairn only because it looks the most like her. She is taller than a Cairn Terrier. Molly only weighs about 18 lbs. If you are looking for a riding companion and will be able to spend time with her please contact me. SERIOUS people only PLEASE!! No children. I will not ship her unless you have met her in person.
