About Asia

Asia is a well mannered pooch who is very good in the house and will always tell you when there is someone at the door and when she needs to go out for a potty break. She loves her walks and her toys and would love to share a toy with you for a game of tug-of-war. Her dad had to give her up when he had to move to an assisted living residence. Because her dad was reclusive in nature, she is initially shy with new people but once she knows you, she is very happy about seeing/being with you. Asia has always been well cared for, is current on all her shots (Vet records are available), has always been on flea/tick and heartworm preventive meds, and her Vet says she is in great health. She seems to like male dogs best in her foster mom's neighborhood but she is able to make friends with female dogs after a couple of encounters. She is easy to walk, rides great in the car and is very good at the Vet. She sleeps through the night on her own bed but would probably be more than happy to share yours if you wanted her to join you. Asia is looking for her new forever home and would be a great companion for the right person or couple. As she has not had an opportunity to spend time with kids, I do not know whether she would be a good companion for young children.
