About Kona

A prince of a dog who pulls at your heart strings. Rescued from a high kill shelter and now in temporary foster, two year old Kona is 45 pounds, a charmer, a cuddler, great with older kids who she can't knock down, an easy playmate for your dog! Kona looks like a mini Redbone with the freckles of a spaniel. Her temperament is easy going. She is NOT a pit and there will not be any breed restrictions from rentals or home associations. Kona would enjoy a fenced yard but condo living is fine if you can give her a good run. Kona is healthy, heartworm negative and spayed and fine on a leash. Ask us for more pictures and see her video.
