About Toby

My son saved Toby and siblings and his mother Maddie (also listed) from a bad situation about a year and a half ago. He was not able to find a forever home for Toby, he is a male about 1 1/2 years old is a pit bull mix; probably with lab or possibly shepherd. Unfortunately, his situation has taken a turn for the worse and is currently living in his truck and needs to surrender Toby and Maddie. The place where they are currently at is not fit for human or animal. He has found a temporary home for him until a shelter can take him, he still needs a forever home. Toby is a very playful dog. As you can see from his picture he can barely sit still for the picture; look at the blur that is his tail. He is very active; his mom is a pure bred pit bull not really sure on dad. He loves playing outside. He does have a nipping problem; but my son has not had time to break him of it. He is not housebroken or trained (my son has semi-trained him)so he is trainable. He likes to nip at feet when walking. He gets along with cats and dogs. He has been around adults and a preteen ager. He needs a forever home where he can play and chase balls and Frisbees. I hope someone can save him and his mom from going to the shelter. He has his shots and is heartworm negative.
