About chinese water dragon

ok so my sister got me this lil bean after my beardie died but i can't seem to connect with it. Also this animal deals with high humidity and i can't seem to get it to stay high. she (i think it's a girl?) lost the tip of her tail but i took her to the vet and he said it wasn't something to worry about. he also said that the baby looks healthy. i can't take care of her i don't have the time. she needs someone to give her the proper care. the vet said she's about 6 months old. i think she's cute but i don't want to keep her if i can't get her humidity right. it wouldn't be fair to her. please help me find her a good home.
