About Luna

Meet Luna! Luna is a beautiful, sophisticated girl that is about 3 years old. She is a big cat, almost exotic-like that some have said she looks like she could have some Bengal in her! Luna would likely be a good cat for indoor/outdoor in a safe controlled environment so she can burn off some of her energy. She is a sweet girl, but can be a spitfire, and being as strong and big as she is, we think she should go to an experienced cat owner that knows how to give a cat space when she needs it and invite her to your lap and play when she wants it. She is perfect with her litterbox. She is currently in a foster home with other cats, but she is indifferent to them - she could live with them or without. She has some flare ups of feline herpes virus but it is controlled with famciclovir that she takes in the form of powder mixed in her food and she does well with that. The only symptom she shows is squinty eyes. We are having some challenges getting her adopted because of these things but we know the perfect family is out there for her. Luna has already been spayed and microchipped, and is current on vaccines. Contact us if you have a catio! She would be perfect for that!
