About Daisy

Hi, my name is Daisy! I'm a beautiful, auburn colored Dachshund Lab mix. I grew up in a home with many other dogs and not much attention so I'm pretty fearful. My current caregiver has updated me on all of my vaccines as well as found me an appropriate anti-anxiety medication that comforts me during the day. Sometimes I accidentally go potty on myself when humans come towards me too fast or loudly but if you are patient and willing to sit with me outside, I can go to the bathroom on my own. I require someone who is home often or most of the day as my needs are more than the average K9. My caregiver bought me all new everything and wants me to have it when I leave for my new home. I have the very best bed, bowls, collar, harness, leash, and you will also be provided my full list of medical records! I'm a VERY HEALTHY little lady. I recently had whipworm but after a visit to the vet, I'm worm free and healthy. I'm sweet as pie and you'll come to know me best when you swaddle, talk and love on me. However I really need someone to care for me with A LOT PATIENCE and someone who is specifically TRAINED in taking care or fearful dogs. I know I will eventually bloom into the beautiful Daisy that I'm meant to be. I just need the time and right human to help me get there. Are you that person?
