About Phargo

Before I tell you a little about myself, Phargo, let me tell you about the beautiful park I like to visit at sundown. It's a little off the beaten path which makes it so peaceful. I love to wander on the trails, breathing in the pungent smell of grass and listening to the cracking of the tree branches as the evening breeze chases off the heat of the day and replaces it with the cool dance of evening. So many scents and sounds to fill the senses. The birds practicing for their nighttime lullaby, the cicadas singing in harmony leading me to believe there is the only one, and crickets and frogs and an occasional early owl join the symphony. I love to watch the fading light cause the shadows to dance on the gently winding pathways and yes, I do try to catch the little twinkling fireflies. (Who doesn't, it reminds me of the magic childhood) As you can see already I'm a bit of a softie and a romantic. What I'm looking for is someone who would like to walk with me here and other places like this. Besides this, I love leisurely drives that end up at a little shop somewhere eating ice cream. I enjoy snuggling on the couch and I have to be honest here, I am big into kissing. I hope that's not too forward for you but I believe hugs and kisses are a must on every greeting as well as several times throughout the day. I am a fan of good conversation or just sitting quietly. I love being active as well. If you are into tossing a ball around, doing some hiking or a jog on the beach, I'm your guy. If you have kids I would be excited to be a part of their lives but if it's just me and you I'm okay with that as well. I'm open to having a dog or two but not sure how I feel about cats (I don't have any right 'meow' lol). So here comes the less desirable parts, yikes! I'm a pretty clean guy all around but not very good at cleaning up after myself. I love food and snacks but I have no cooking skills whatsoever. I prefer takeout or anything that comes in a can or a bag and I am a huge fan of leftovers! I'm a guy so sometimes I belch or...well you know. So here's the deal. I'm looking for my special someone to accompany me on an adventure in the park. I'm heading there in a couple of days so if you'd like to meet up and possibly get some ice cream afterwards, I will be looking for your pm! Let's do forever! Phargo is a more URGENT dog in that he's stuck in boarding. He is loved and cared for but he DESERVES so much more. He does well with children and other dogs however he is very protective of his home and his family, which means if you're going to have people over, please kennel him and or provide him with proper slow introductions. This boy is an absolute GEM of a dog who truly deserves his own FURever family to love him forever!
