About Abel

Oh Abel, we are so happy that we found out about you! The thought of you being euthanized because of your skin issue was devastating to us. After a few vet visits, some medications, and some TLC, you are ready to find yourself the home you so rightly deserve. Abel is about 5.5 months old, and weighs about 40 pounds and will be a large dog as an adult. This darling boy will be the joy of someone's world. He is smart - he is crate trained, doggy door trained, and potty trained. He LOVES to play with his toys, chasing them and bringing them back to you, for more fun! He does great with all other dogs, and would make an excellent buddy. He loves kids, in fact, he loves everyone. If you are interested in giving this pup a wonderful life filled with love, adventure and a home he can call his own, let us know!! As part of your adoption contract, you will be required to transport the puppy to complete his/her shots, as well as for their spay/neuter at a later date. While puppies are adorable and cute, they are a lot of work. They take time, dedication, and above all, commitment. They will require training (we give you 4 training sessions with us). The rescue strives to give you a puppy that has a good foundation for you to build upon. We are a FORCE FREE rescue. The adoption contract you will be signing specifically states that you agree to NEVER use any aversive methods nor tools like a shock, prong or choke collar. We are never sure about breed because we do not do DNA (we make our best guess), so if that is important to you, this may not be the right choice for you. Please, consider everything when making a decision to adopt a puppy. As part of your adoption package, each dog will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip, and be spayed/neutered. You will receive 6 mths of HW preventative.You will receive a free bag of premium puppy food, as well as a coupon book and gift card if you live in the designated zip codes. You will also receive a free complimentary physical exam with a vet. Training is MANDATORY and will be scheduled at a later date and place.
