About Zoey

Adoption Fee: $50
Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

IMPORTANT: Zoey is a special girl with a deadline. She has nowhere to go as of NOVEMBER 15TH as her foster is leaving the country and we don't have another foster for her. Even if you can't adopt her, if you can foster her, you'd be helping save her life. Personality: Zoey is an angel. Truly. She is extremely mellow at home, gentle, and extremely submissive to her fur siblings and her humans. She enjoys cuddling when you invite her to, and if you need to be alone, she minds her own business and entertains herself. She enjoys hikes in open spaces and is trusted off leash in those scenarios. She comes when called and is just a really good girl. Likes: Butt scratches (they're her favorite thing on this entire earth). cuddling, butt scratches, jogs, camping, the fresh outdoors. Dislikes: Little animals. No cats and no small dogs. SHE IS GOOD WITH KIDS, THOUGH. Challenges: Zoey is a bit shy so needs socialization training. She wants to play with dogs her size, but doesn't know how to yet. If you're in the Southern California area, you're in luck as we have been granted a $900 training program which will begin when she is adopted. This comes at no cost to you and every class will be given to you with her. History: Zoey was rescued off the streets of Tijuana, Mexico. She was walking around completely emaciated. Our vet said she must have been used as a breeder dog as her womb tissue was completely destroyed and her teeth were filed down. After a few months of rehab, Zoey is now healthy, fit and happy as can be! Adoption Fee: Her adoption fee is $50 or whatever you want to donate. We really don't care about an adoption fee when it comes to our dear Zoey. We just want her to find a loving home. She has a pure heart and deserves it. Zoey is 3/4 years old, microchipped, current on shots, spayed and current on flea medication.
