Anastasia is a lovely little Russian Blue girl who weighs only 5 lbs at 2 years old. She absolutely loves to cuddle and purr. Tasia is very much a lap kitty who loves attention so she would be a fabulous therapy cat or emotional support animal. She does have a spinal cord injury which makes it more difficult to use her back legs. She has been on medications and completed physical therapy. She is now able to stand and walk on all four legs and even jump and run a little. Tasia is able to get around the house, use a litter pan, and even climbs a 3 foot dog gate. She is able to wash herself and eat and drink with no problems. Tasia is unable to be spayed because being under anesthesia could do permanent damage to her spine. However, she has tested negative for AIDS and leukemia, been dewormed, treated for fleas and is up to date on all shots. Tasia has an old injury to her ear that causes frequent ear infections. She is not good with other cats and needs a home without active dogs since she is fragile. She is fine with calm dogs. Tasia is fine with older children, men and women. She will need to be an indoor-only cat with a watchful owner as she likes to try to sneak outside. Her adoption fee is $50 because of her special needs. .
