About Thumper

Besides his obvious good looks, Thumper also has an awesome personality. Thumper is a 1.5-year-old, 60-pound rottie/shepherd mix with probably some other breeds in there too. He is super handsome and his smile melts many hearts. Thumper is looking for a new home because he has decided he does not want to share his home with children. It has surprised everyone who knows him because he loves humans otherwise. Thumper has been raised around other dogs. He loves a good game of chase and might prefer a sweet dog buddy in his forever home. It's hard to say because he hasn't known it any other way. He has also been raised around cats and does not pay them any attention. Older children who are predictable and gentle will be fine for Thumper. Thumper isn't much into toys but does love to explore outdoors. He would like an active and snuggly companion in his forever home--he's medium energy and not at all obnoxious. Even while taking pictures it was hard for us to get out of the background because he wanted to touch or lean at all times. He is such a sweet guy! Thumper is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm tested. He is also microchipped. Thumper is housebroken and crate trained, but has not been known to be destructive.
