Good morning! Two years ago when my son in law was driving home he saw a truck slow down and throw a very skinny malnourished German Shepard out. He was not close enough to get the license plate so he loaded up the dog and brought him home. We tried unsuccessfully to find anyone who recognized the type of truck or the dog, let's face it they did not want to be 'reunited '. Fast forward 2 years Murdock is healthy, intact male, great with kids, and gets along with other dogs. He does chase cars and we have been unsuccessful in getting him to stop. He also does not take well to being in the dog run and prefers to run loose on out property, not a safe option as we back up to a hunting lease and we are worried for his safety.
