About Fang

Hello my name is Fang. I am a year old and I'm crate trained. I am part Rot and part Mastiff. My mommy and daddy rescued me as a puppy and did everything they could for me. I came from an abused home where I didn't know how to trust. My old owners let me eat socks and let their kid beat on me and hurt me. Mommy knew she had her hands full when they got me. They began to socialize me and take me everywhere with them. After a few months, I became the life of the party. I began to trust humans and realize they aren't bad people. When they took me to get neutered, the vet told my aunt that I was an amazing boy and loved on everyone. Mommy also taught me how to smile. People sometimes get scared when they see me because it looks like I'm growling, but I promise I'm not. I know simple dog commands and think I'm a lap dog. Unfortunately my sister Daisy and I don't really get along too well. I would prefer a home with no other pets but me or a cat brother/sister, but I like to watch caged animals and baby sit them. Because I was abused, it takes me a little while to warm up to you. I might bark, but I don't mean anything by it. I tend to hide behind my mommy's legs when I meet new people. But don't worry, after about 15-20 minutes, I come right up to you and sit on your lap. I'm a good boy, I don't run when you take me out and I always come to my name!! My mommy and daddy want to see me go to a good new home where they know I'm safe!! My mommy would want to meet the new family and ensure they know enough to take me. They would have a rehoming fee for me because they don't feel right giving me away because they want to know someone is serious about taking me.
