About Zephyr

Our loving boy suffers from allergies due to climate. We love him very much, but have to part with him to save his skin! Its clear the almost yearend dampness in our part of the world plus the abundance of mold and mildews bring out his allergies. (He was rescued at 6 months from CA) Apoquel helps manage them. He needs a loving home in a place with COLD winters, and DRY hot summers/ (Montana or Idaho more ideal). He's been well trained, has very good leash manners, is cuddly and sweet with his family and people who he knows well. He is suspicious of strangers. But once properly introduced he will show affection. He's true to his Ridegback temperament, and is a great dog to go for a run with. but needs to get healthy. He lets my son do just about anything to him, but is easily startled by large, loud crowds of children.
